I took an inadvertent two week hiatus, since first I had to work and during the week I was working May a tweaked a muscle or something and was a bit limpy the next week. She’s just fine now, so we’re back at it.
How did you get moving this week?
Had a short, walking only ride on Sunday to confirm Maya was okay. Then rode Wednesday and today. It’s gotten sufficiently hot around here that she always gets a quick shower afterwards. I mucked her paddock like usual. NSR and I have also started doing a bit of walking.
What was your go-to healthy food item or meal?
Blueberries, strawberries, and eggs. Not all together though.
What are your plans for next week?
I’m going to try and maintain three rides per week if at all possible. NSR and I will probably be making a habit of walking about 20 to 30 minutes four mornings a week, at least until we can save up our pennies for some bikes.
